Refund Policy

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for all bookings, rentals, lessons, tours, and events.

 

1. Cancellations by the Customer

To receive a refund or credit:

    •    More than 48 hours before your booking:

Full refund or option to reschedule (no fee).

    •    Between 24–48 hours before your booking:

You may reschedule once at no charge, or receive credit toward a future booking.

Refunds may not be issued.

    •    Less than 24 hours before your booking:

No refund. Rescheduling may be possible at our discretion and based on availability.

 

2. No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive for your booking and have not contacted us beforehand,

no refund, credit, or reschedule will be provided.

 

3. Cancellations by Us — Weather & Safety

Your safety comes first. We may postpone, modify, or cancel sessions due to:

    •    High winds, large swell, or unsafe water conditions

    •    Poor visibility or changing tides

    •    Instructor illness or unforeseen circumstances

    •    Any situation that makes participation unsafe

 

If we cancel for safety or operational reasons:

✔ You may reschedule at no cost

✔ Or receive a credit or full refund — your choice

 

4. Late Arrivals

Please aim to arrive 10–15 minutes before your session.

Late arrivals may shorten your session time or result in cancellation without refund.

 

5. Gift Vouchers & Credits

    •    Non-refundable once issued

    •    Fully transferable to another person

    •    Valid for 12 months from date of purchase

    •    Must be used for services of equal or lesser value (upgrade fees may apply)

 

6. Group Bookings / Events

For groups of 5 or more participants, customised terms may apply.

A 50% deposit may be required and is non-refundable.

Full payment may be required 7 days prior to the session.

 

7. Medical or Special Circumstances

If illness, injury, or unexpected circumstances arise, please contact us as soon as possible. At our discretion, we may offer:

    •    A rescheduled booking

    •    A credit for later use

    •    Partial refund depending on timing and situation

 

Proof may be requested in some cases.

 

8. How to Request a Refund or Change Booking

To modify your booking, email or call us with:

    •    Your name

    •    Booking date/time

    •    Reason for request

 

We will respond as soon as possible.
